We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given. Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless item(s) are damaged due to the shipping process.
To make a return:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
To return a product, send the product back to company's address listed on shipping slip via mail/shipping, along with proof of purchase and your details (email address). We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs except for damage goods. Product will be inspected prior to return. If damage is not caused by the company, the product(s) will be returned to person.
